    Worthwhile tools for playing the long game

    Loves: The supplement helps me get in a lot of nutrients I know I don't get in my diet and wanted to take anyways. The spray serum is very easy to dispense and easy to take with me to the gym or while traveling, as it's small and doesn't leak or accidentally spray itself.

    Likes: This system is clinically proven to - at the very least - slow gray hair development. That is helping me trust the process and determine that this system is worthwhile for me. I'm about 2.5 months in so I haven't seen gray hair reversal, but I am accepting that I need to play the long game and am glad I started when I did (age 35, about 20% gray total and 40% by my temples).

    Dislikes: The spray doesn't seem very volumizing to me and can sometimes leave my hair looking flat. Applying it one spray at a time, as close to the scalp as possible, then rubbing it in before moving to a separate part of my hair has helped with that.
