1. Take two tablets of Not Today, Grey daily, preferably with food.
2. Cleanse with Wash Shampoo. Massage into scalp; rinse thoroughly. Use 3–5× per week.
3. Hydrate with Smooth Conditioner. Apply mid-lengths to ends; rinse.
