1. Take two tablets of Not Today, Grey™ daily, preferably with food.
2. Cleanse with Wash Shampoo. Massage into scalp; rinse thoroughly. Use 3–5× per week.

    Believe the Hype

    Perimenopause hit my hair hard. Really hard. I started going gray at 21y and while that wasn't great, at least my hair was crazy thick (giant hair ties, 3-hour color appointments) and grew fast. Fast forward 25 years, and it was shocking to discover thin patches at my hairline, hair so thin that ponytails felt like sad little experiments and that I needed color appointments every 4-5 weeks bc GRAY HAIR. I was bleeding cash at the salon and feeling massively insecure about my appearance. Then I found Arey. Within 2 months, there was a noticeable difference in my hair.
