1. Take two tablets of Not Today, Grey daily, preferably with food. The supplement is flavorless and has no aftertaste.
2. Cleanse with Wash Shampoo. Massage into scalp; rinse thoroughly. Use 3–5× per week.
3. Hydrate with Masque Deep Conditioner. Apply mid-lengths to ends; rinse.
4. Treat with To The Root® Scalp Serum. Apply daily to the scalp on wet or dry hair. Part into sections and apply 1–3 pumps per targeted area. Massage in; do not rinse. Let absorb, then style as usual.

Most see visible improvements in 3–6 months with consistent use, especially in early-stage greying.
