30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If it isn't right for you, your first order is covered. You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund on your first Arey order. Contact our customer support team and we'll refund the purchase price of each product, up to $113 per order. For 3- and 6-month supplies, we'll refund the price of one month's supply. A $5 processing fee applies to each refund. No returns necessary. We'll send your refund to the original payment method.

The guarantee covers the price of each product, so you can try Arey at no risk. If you order several of the same item, it applies to one of that product. If you order different products, it applies to each, up to $113 per order.

3. Receive Your Refund: Once we confirm your request, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Return + Refund Policy
For orders beyond your first, or purchases not covered by the money back guarantee, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and will accept returns of unopened, unused items within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns have a handling fee of $5 per order. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hey@arey.com and we will issue a prepaid shipping label for all US orders.

For Canadian orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Processing time typically takes 5-7 business days after we have received your return, upon which we'll issue a credit to your original form of payment, less the $5 handling fee. In rare cases where you do not receive your package, we will happily issue a replacement. We do not refund lost or stolen items.
