A limited edition ritual for color days. Calm It Down® is a clinically effective post-dye scalp serum that soothes irritation, reduces redness, and helps defend against oxidative stress. A targeted peptide supports melanin production to help maintain natural hair color. Paired with Wildling’s patented Empress Scalp Stone comb to gently stimulate circulation and distribute the serum.

WHAT IS IT?

 

A two piece set featuring Calm It Down® scalp serum plus Wildling’s Empress Scalp Stone, artisan-crafted from Bian stone. The serum blends naturally derived soothing extracts and antioxidants with a clinically tested peptide that supports melanin production to help preserve pigment before and after oxidative stress from hair dye or chemical services. The patented comb has carefully crafted points that won’t snag, is suitable for all hair types, and is designed to encourage circulation and an invigorated, balanced scalp.

HOW TO USE IT

 

1. Before color or chemical services: On a clean, dry scalp, part hair and apply Calm It Down® along the hairline, part, and any sensitive areas. Let absorb.
2. After color (post-rinse): On towel-dried or dry scalp, reapply serum to calm and protect.
3. Comb technique: Using the Empress Scalp Stone, comb from the front hairline to the back of the head in light strokes, focusing on areas of tension; use gentle circles to encourage circulation and help distribute the serum.
4. Between color sessions: Use as needed whenever the scalp feels stressed.

Care: The stone is fragile. Handle with care. Rinse with warm water and a gentle soap to clean.

How to Apply

How to use Calm It Down with the Wildling scalp comb
The ultimate duo in scalp care: Calm It Down™ is the first ever clinically effective post-hair dye scalp serum to soothe, reduce redness and counteract oxidative stress, while Wildling' spatented scalp comb is designed to stimulate circulation, promote hair growth and lift energy levels.

HOW TO USE:
  • Immediately after hair dye, make sure to thoroughly rinse, shampoo and condition your hair.
  • Shake Calm It Down™ well. Fill 2-4 pipettes and apply directly to wet scalp, working from the front hairline to the back starting at your natural part.
  • Use the Wildling Empress Stimulating Scalp Comb to massage your scalp with small circular motions.
  • Do not rinse. Air-dry or blow-dry to achieve desired style.

    Calms my dry sensitive scalp

    I was a little bit skeptical of this product, especially because the bottle seems kind of small. I also want to clarify this does not do anything to prevent or reduce or reverse gray hair like some of the other products. However, it does a really nice job of keeping my scalp, nice and calm and I use it maybe twice a week just to have maintenance and I noticed a difference if I haven’t used it in a few days because it’s flake city :(

    Works perfectly

    I was skeptical that this product would work, but it was a complete transformation. Every time I had a root color touch up I would get a severely itchy, irritated scalp several hours later. I put this serum on ~4 hours before my color appointment, and had absolutely no itching or irritation afterwards. I've used it twice now with the same results. I cannot recommend this product highly enough!
