WHAT IS IT?

 

The Shower Duo pairs Wash Shampoo, powered by our patented Mela-9® Complex to preserve pigment while cleansing and balancing the scalp, with Smooth Conditioner, a hydrating formula that softens, reduces breakage, and leaves hair shinier and more manageable. Use 3–5× per week. Most see softer, stronger hair with less grey hair growth in just 3–6 months with consistent use. Color-safe, dermatologist-tested and hypoallergenic.

100% natural cedar + sage scent; made without sulfates, parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrance, PEG, formaldehyde, or dyes.

HOW TO USE

 

1. Apply Wash to scalp and roots, massaging in and lathering.
2. Leave on for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
3. Apply Smooth from mid-lengths to ends. Leave on as desired, then rinse.
4. Use 3–5 times per week for maximum results.

Wash is sulfate-free and concentrated, so the suds are naturally smaller. For a richer, creamier lather, mix with a little water in your hands before applying.

Note: When refilling, there is no need to rinse with water. Simply refill the bottle with product from the refill pouch. Refill pouches equal 2 full size bottles.

How to Apply

Wash is a gentle shampoo with proactive ingredients that stimulate pigment production and support hair health.

HOW TO USE:
  • Dispense a silver dollar-size amount into your hand and work the product into a lather.
  • Wet hair and apply to scalp and roots.
  • If more lather is needed, add more water and continue to massage into the scalp.
  • Remember to focus on the back of your head as well.
  • Allow the product to sit on the scalp for several minutes.
  • This allows the active ingredients to fully absorb into the scalp.
  • Rinse thoroughly, and follow with Smooth conditioner.
Smooth is a nourishing and clean conditioner that helps retain moisture inside the hair strand.

HOW TO USE:
  • It leaves a conditioning barrier to help hair to look healthier without feeling weighed down.
  • Depending on your conditioning needs, apply a quarter to silver dollar size amount to mid shaft and ends.
  • Tip: Conditioners should not be applied on or near the scalp.

    Great Del for this Shampoo

    My hair is softer and silkier and does not fall out like it did before. I don't notice a difference in my gray hairs, but my hair is very thick. My husband who is almost bald, does notice a difference in his grays. I do need to use a big handful of shampoo because it does not lather. I am going to keep using it because something is changing since I'm not loosing a sink full of hair now.

    I've been using the shampoo and conditioner for almost a year now. I can't tell for sure if it's minimizing my grays because I have so many and I get my roots colored so frequently. Yes, all of our products are sulfate-free. Our Wash Shampoo creates a luxurious lather and leaves hair perfectly clean, soft, smooth and balanced. Bubbles will also be smaller in nature than those shampoos made with sulfates. Just add a bit of water and you'll be able to create a lather.

Arey Wash Shampoo contains our patent-pending Mela-9™ Complex which works to slow and repigment grey hair. It also delivers healthier, softer, glossier hair. Like all of our products, Wash Shampoo is made with clean ingredients and is vegan, cruelty-free and gluten-free.

Many conditioners contain silicones that are too heavy – especially for fine hair. They build up on your strands leaving your hair limp and lifeless. That’s why we use Amodimethicone, a silicone derivative, in our Smooth Conditioner. The light, protective coating that amodimethicone provides helps to improve the visible softness and shininess of the hair by smoothing the hair shaft and locking in moisture. Unlike other silicones, Amodimethicone won’t cause pore-clogging buildup on your hair and scalp.
