Shipping & Returns Policy
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all subscriptions and orders $100+ (US only). We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Shipping typically takes around 7-10 business days after your order has been processed. After you place an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have any issues, please email us at hey@arey.com.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time we are shipping within the United States and Canada. For orders shipping to Canada, we cover $5 towards the international shipping cost. Total shipping and taxes vary depending upon your location. We hope to expand to more countries soon. Please email us at hey@arey.com to let us know where you are!
RETURNS + REFUNDS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and will accept returns of unopened, unused items within 90 days of receiving your order. Returns have a handling fee of $5 per order. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hey@arey.com and we will issue a prepaid shipping label for all US orders.
For Canadian orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Processing time typically takes 5-7 business days after we have received your return, upon which we'll issue a credit to your original form of payment, less the $5 handling fee. In rare cases where you do not receive your package, we will happily issue a replacement. We do not refund lost or stolen items.
30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We want Arey to feel like an easy part of your routine. If it isn't right for you, your first 30 days are covered.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund. Contact our customer support team and we'll refund the purchase price of a one-month supply of each product, up to $113 per order. A $5 processing fee applies to each refund. No returns necessary. We'll send your refund to the original payment method.
The guarantee covers one month of each product, so you can try Arey at no risk. If you order several of the same item, it applies to one month of that product. If you order different products, it applies to one month of each, up to $113 per order.
